Had to take care of a return and get money back for an item that I was charged for more than once. Tried to take care of this at the Woodbury store the other day, but the woman there couldn't comprehend what had happened or that the items I was returning were identical, just had different UPC codes due to being a different size. The woman in customer service at the Cottage Grove store was pleasant and very knowledgeable. She was able to help me in a matter of minutes.
Clean, helpful and friendly , always stocked neatly. You can get help off the kiosk.
The cashier was too busy arguing with me about signing up for a credit card and rewards program to listen to my requests for no plastic bag. And then a second cashier joined in the sales pitch. Also, the clothing was all mixed up making the pricing signs nearly useless. Now I remember why I don't shop there.
