What a great experience we had! After a tough couple of days with a difficult rental home situation, we were pleasantly surprised at the high level of service and care we received from Extra Space Storage. From the first intake call to the on-site manager personally walking us through the spotless facility, we felt valued and cared for. We received a text immediately after our first call and then a personal call from the on-site manager to welcome us.
Lots of different options to choose from, plus the place is very clean and very secure.
I did a lot of research about storage facilities, rates, insurance, misc. specifics, etc. before picking this location for our storage needs. However, that information was almost unnecessary as Lenae offered information and answers freely and courteously. The entire process and facility made our family feel respected and cared for; a rare quality in many businesses today. Thank you, Lenae, for making our move and transition that much easier.

There's no surprise this place has so many 5 star reviews. Everything about this place is great. Great staff, secure, clean and accommodating. Having used a few other storage places in the east metro before (during moves, etc..) I would recommend this place above all. Keep up the good work!

I'd highly recommend Extra Space Storage Cottage Grove. The main selling points are the fantastic customer service and the flexibility. I'm working through a tricky move to merge three households so am now on a third unit there. Lanae has helped me navigate the best options to meet my needs, explained everything very clearly, and was great with following up when I had questions or was trying to make a decision. She also made sure the units I added were conveniently located to my existing unit.
